It's a preorder, Prerna.

You should be logged into your Amazon account with a secure connection, it will default to your linked payment card for Amazon just as if you were buying anything else from them. If you've not got an Amazon account, sign up for one first.

It will charge you £0 and send a confirmation of this price and order to your registered email account.

Get it now if you have a kindle and think you might be interested! It has been 20p before, but then went up to about £5, so who knows when it might change again?
