Contract Agreement Writing

I am requiring a contract / basic agreement writing and have been advised here is the best place to request the required service.
So please feel free to contact me if you are interested in quoting for this.
We are a Search Engine Optimisation company and all our customers are signed up on a campaign that normally is ongoing and has a minimum length i.e 9 months.
WE are wanting a basic agreement that outlines what the basic terms are i.e initial length, cancellation period , monthly cost and what they will get in return including a couple of basic points like the results are not guaranteed etc.
So ideally a 1 page agreement that we both sign up too.
Any advise of people interested in writing this please message me,
Si

Not really the right place. Sounds like you are after a legal contract so what you really need is a solicitor if you want to make it water tight.0

I can't think of many worse places to ask for legal advice than coming to an investment internet forum although I guess the pub could well be. As Reaper mentioned go to a solicitor who will be able to assist.
If I was a customer (and I regularly get SEO "experts" trying to sell their services to me) then I would run a mile from any contract that said you are committed to a 9 month term but with no guarantee of any results. There seem to be far too many people just using SEO as an excuse to rip off people in the name of getting good Google rankings but without delivering anything tangible so you may want to thing about ways to show prospective customers you aren't one of them.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

Perhaps MoneySavingExpert is a good place to ask but not on the Savings and Investments board. There is a board for small businesses, you'll find it here - but read a few of the posts and decide if you're in the right place before asking your question
I've no experience of the Small Business board but the people who post there may be able to help.

And how would you know that some random person who happened to contact you from an internet forum is any better placed than you are to draft a contractual document for your company?
Go and see a solicitor and get the job done properly.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Some fine tuning to your product is needed.0
