Best Credit Card For Company Expenses

My company is withdrawing its current company CC scheme and were going back to a Spend then Claim scheme. I am seeking opinions and recommendations for the best CC for this purpose.

Some parameters: Monthly Spend ~£5k, Not always cleared, Use in the UK and widely Overseas, needs to be widely accepted (i.e. Visa), prefer online account management. Side benefits e.g. cash back, air miles etc are an additional factor in the Decision.

I would value Martin's and the members views and recommendations

Dave :)

Why is it not being cleared monthly if it's for expenses?

I would imagine a 0% purchase card would be best in your case if your expenses aren't paid exactly in time for the end of the month then you wont pay any interest while you are waiting for your payroll dept to pull their fingers out!

Tescos Credit Card 0% 15 months and M&S 0% 15 months. Both with points / rewards as an aside and both with online management. Best to work out which is best for you as you will get either tesco club card points or M&S vouchers in return for your spend which should be quite healthy with a circa £60k PA spend.

Obviously ditch and switch at the end of the 15 months to another 0% card.

Do people really think Martin Lewis is going to pop in and post something?

I suppose he might, but the odds are rather stacked against it.

I dont hammer mine as much as that - but I use a Tesco Platinum for expenses only - I do about £1500 - £2000 a month and pay off in full.
Had it for years, never have carry over so interest is not a problem and the clubcard points pay for family days out a few times a year!
