Hi hope someone can help?

Last week i sent my PPI claim form to Loans.co.uk at Chester Business Park, Wrexham Road, Chester. CH4 9FB. by recorded delivery and it cam back a few days later saying address has gone away.

does anyone have a more recent address or telephone number i can contact.

please help :0)

Hi

If you ring the customer line through the FOS, I expect they will have this address with having to deal with them etc.

Thanks dizzy di, I did that and they have given the same address, so don't know where to go now and I'm running out of time. :0(

That is strange, did you make the FOS aware of that too?

Are they still an active company? and are there any contact numbers on any of the letters you have, or paperwork to try perhaps?

Will try checking them out on companies house search now.

Found this info from companies house and they are still active, the company number should be the same as on your paperwork, however I do note a different postal code.
