Going to buy some Euros today with a Tesco Clubcard Mastercard in a Tesco store

You will pay 2.75% foreign exchange fee (buried in the exchange rate -you won't know it's happening) but the cash advance fee is waived.

Tesco rates don't seem to be as good as they used to be, i look at them every week when i go shopping and they always seem to be a couple of euros less than our local high street.
Perhaps they think now they're established as currency sellers that people wont notice, like the post office as well.

Our local Tesco's is very good on exchange rates - might be because they are next to a Marks & Spencer that does foreign exchange. Might be worth running a quick comparison locally. Everyone charges an exchange fee, that's how they make money.

I find it very useful to be able to use my Tesco CC to pay for foreig currency, avoids paying a fee for doing that and also avoids having to get cash out for it.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
