I buy mine at Aldi - 15 free range medium size for £1.99 - at least they still were last Thursday. Not been since.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

95p per half dozen from my local farm shop (mixed sizes). Real free range - you an see the chickens in the yard.
As for the excuse about the rising cost of feed, I keep chickens. It's not called 'chicken feed' for nothing. The price supermarkets charge for eggs is scandalous..0
