i can copy cds no problem to my mp3 player.but cannot copy mp3-cds,it just comes up error.the mp3 player is a sony.help

More detail needed. What model of Sony do you have, what software are you using and how are you attempting the transfer? I do know that Sony used to use the appalling Sonic Stage software package which was very fussy about source material and the Sony's are designed to favour their own awful ATRAC compression format over MP3. I seem to remember that you cannot copy MP3 files to a Sony. They would only accept MP3 tracks produced by Sonic Stage, not by any other means.There's love in this world for everyone. You can copy mp3's to sony player. The truly awful sonic stage software converts them to atrac, but loaded with problems if sonic stage doesn't agree with your type of song.
Managed to find a small piece of software that works a dream and transfers mp3 with no probs to my nw eoo5 without having to use the really horrible sonic stage.
