I put in for a ppi claim nearly 12 months ago with first step finance.I have just found out they are charging me 25%+20 vat is this to much what they are charging ?
Also, will i be left with a £800 charge and no money from the ppi because i have arrears.
Would i get charged if i cancelled because i dont want a £800 bill.

Hi and welcome
Aww such a shame you used a claims company.
I am not sure on how they work, as many on here try having a go themselves, but when you signed up with them, they should have explained the amount (approx) if successful.
If your not happy with the way they dealt with your case for you, you could try contacting claims management - details below, maybe you were not made aware or not provided with the details/information etc.
In regards of the cancellation, maybe someone may know the answer to that one and post shortly but below is the contact details of the Claims Regulations (MOJ) who may advise best on that one.
The best of luck.
