Can anyone confirm that Santander had problems with deliveriing statements in 2011?

Thanks in advance:
My family have had issues with missing bank statements between May and November 2011.
We did speak to a branch advisor who actually admitted that they had problems delivering these statements.
Just wondering, if anyone else has experienced problems of this kind with Santander in 2011?

That's shocking, even more shocking that in my case the Financial Ombudsman Service send a complaint form to me for a signature, enclosing all the sensitive data I emailed them about my complaint to another family member in my household with all his details on the covering letter and complaint form but with all the details of my complaint inside which they had printed off from the email.

Total disregard for data protection and doubt I'd trust this organisation ever again to deal with complaints.
