Looking for any advice on a company called World Wide Wine Investments of Milton Keynes. Am looking into finances of a relative recently diagnosed with dementia and discovered they have transferred over £25k to this company in past 8 months. They have the notice of ownership for cases of wines purchased but we have no idea whether this company is legitimate or if it is a scam?

Chances of bad guys having to pay back the money and/or end up in prison? I'm guessing close to zero.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

How did your relative pay? If by credit card they might have some chance of getting the money back from the credit card company.0
