Well a quick Google and other people are having the same problem as you. The site, although Google suggests it is harmful to visit says
"If you wish to remove this function from our software you can do so by changing the program's options, or by uninstalling it via Ad/Remove Programs "
As you have tried the add/remove, try to remove it from the program itself. You could also do with booting into safemode and running your anti-virus, spyware removal to see if that gets rid as well.I have nothing better to do!!!!

If you can't uninstall it directly through the program or through control panel you could always try a system restore.
Start Menu>All Programs>Accessories>System tools>System Restore.
Just select the relevant system checkpoint before you installed the program.

I'd say the system restore is the safer option, if you just delete the files the system could still look for them and cause a whole world of pain...0

If you go into the Start menu and then go to programmes, do you see the programme name in the list? If so, go to it and see if there's an uninstall listed. Failing that, if you go into your C drive, then programmes, there should be a folder for it. Go into that and see if there's an uninstall option.0
