I won!!

Just to let you know that I took RBS to the Ombudsman and won the case. The RBS had not followed the regulations on consolidating loans. I ended up with a loan and a credit card, to pay of an exsiting credit card. The problem was that I was not given enough credit to pay off the 1st card so ended up paying for 2 credit cards and a loan, which put me in a dire staits paying over £150 a month. I am so relived that is is all over. RBS have given me compensation, as well as transferring the debit of the credit card onto the loan which will be interest free. It has taken a longtime but justice has been done.:j
