Tesco Credit Card Buy Now Pay Later Errors

Hi
I purchased a TV in December 2011 on Tesco Direct using my Tesco credit card with BNPL until June 2012. The item has appeared as such on the bills until my March 2012 statement. It appears to have dropped off and been added into the outstanding amount but without showing as a purchase. I have contacted Tesco Credit card today. They say that there has been issues with these purchases dropping off and they will correct mine now. However I am placing this error on this forum as I'm sure many other items have been purchased and unless you really check your statement it will be added to the amount due now. Check those statements !..

Mine disappeared on my second statement after purchase. I’mstill waiting for them to fix it and refund the charges. I’m now into month 5with complaint after complaint with the only response being “we need more timeto gather evidence”.
I’m sending off a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman inthe next few days.
Hope you get yours sorted, but from my experience you’ll belucky if you do.
