Virgin cc requesting balance or selling debt/court action

Hi
I have a debt under £500 with Virgin. I made an arrangment with them to pay £1.00 per month which I pay each month. I have now recieved a letter to say to pay the balance or the debt may have to be sold to an agency and I may have to go to court. The only way to stop this would be to pay the balance in full. Ican up the payments to £2.00 per month, but I don't see the point if they may sell the debt or take me to court. Please advise.

are you for real? that would take 41 and a bit years to clear.... your as well defaulting and as after 6 years the account would be removed from your credit file and statuary barred.
If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...

Yes it is for real. When in debt it's not a choice.

I pay what I'm able to. Its not a joke being in debt. I'm a single mother with two children and no child support. I'm doing the best I can.
