Hi
I have a debt under £500 with Virgin. I made an arrangment with them to pay £1.00 per month which I pay each month. I have now recieved a letter to say to pay the balance or the debt may have to be sold to an agency and I may have to go to court. The only way to stop this would be to pay the balance in full. Ican up the payments to £2.00 per month, but I don't see the point if they may sell the debt or take me to court. Please advise.

are you for real? that would take 41 and a bit years to clear.... your as well defaulting and as after 6 years the account would be removed from your credit file and statuary barred. If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0

I pay what I'm able to. Its not a joke being in debt. I'm a single mother with two children and no child support. I'm doing the best I can.Rupert_Bear wrote: »Not surprising really. Dont you think its taking the michael a bit.0
