Any good chinese takeaways in Cardiff?

Hi

Ive not long moved to the area, and im struggling to find a decent chinese. Im in Cardiff Bay area and have seen some restaurants, but they are really expensive. Im looking for a tummy takeaway! any suggestions?

Phi-Bs on Crwys road are quite good...that's about the only place I have found that does nice Chinese food.

Go on Just- Eat.co.uk and type in your postcode. It will give you a full list of chinese takeaways in your area.

I often use this just to see the menu's, then google the takeaway to ring them direct instead of using just-eat. Sometimes its a little bit cheaper by going direct.

Gourmet San on Storrar Road is my favourite chinese takeaway. The food is delicious and they have a lot to chose from. They're on Just Eat and they deliver to CF10 (£1 charge).

if you can get to Happy Gathering in canton, they are good and authentic :-) does a good dim sum in the afternoons too

China Kitchen on Albany Road is the best chinese in Cardiff, many of my friends/family/work colleagues agree.

They don't deliver unfortunately, but it's well worth the trip to get them. In fact, I don't live in Cardiff now (Rhoose, by Cardiff Airport) but we still treat ourselves to chinese from this takeaway every now & then (we do work in Cardiff though, so pick it up when I finish work).

I like Lin's Kitchen. I think they're in the Cathays area, but they're on just-eat and definitely deliver to the Bay.

Fortune House in Cathays. It's an eat in all you can eat (not buffet style) and take aways are the best I've ever had. They used to deliver to Pontprennau, so will probably do the bay too.

Jumbo Cantonese next to the Croups Casino by Leckwith, nice food + it works every day till 2am (except Thursdays) + it has restaurant aswell. Hope it helps
