Feel conned can anyone help?

Options
Today whilst out shopping with my mu
M I bought 2 new I'd makeover packages (£60) from a sales agent I the shopping centre.

Since returning home I have found out they have scammed lots of people out of money and charge in the region of 2-3k for prints following makeover and photoshoot. I dont think this will now be an enjoyable experience for us as I will just feel them giving the hard sell and I will feel ripped off- honestly google these people it's frightening what they have gotten away with.

Is there anyway I can get my £60 back? Do I have any rights? It was a credit card I paid with money has already been taken.

Should I just take this as a lesson learned :-/

You have no right to a refund. Better off not going to it if you don't want the hard sell.

Thanks but I have just found a small part on the terms and conditions which says it's my statutory right to request a refund within 7 days of voucher purchase so I have emailed them.

I'm hopeful but from what I have read about these people It wouldn't surprise me if they don't refund me - they must know about their bad reputation.

Can you quote exactly what the relevant part of the T&Cs states?

I'm not aware that you have any statutory right to cancel in this case.

Could you not use your voucher to buy a package and then cancel the package?
