Guardian Financial Services - endowmwnt underperforming

Can any one give me some advice. I have written to the above two times using the Which Templates that are recommended here and been told by GFS that I have no case. I am not sure what to do. I can go to one of these endowment collection agencies OR may be go to the Ombudsman on my own. I do want a result. I have held Nationwide Building Society responsible they are saying that they didnot actually sell the policy to me even though it was their own manager of the Burgess Hill Office that signed me up.
