You won't get anything 'good' at that price, unless it is second hand. Have you checked the usual places?
Perhaps this from eBay0 -
Again playing the Devil's advocate, do you really need wireless 'phones for a LAPtop.
A stereo wireless transmitter and reciever are going to cost a lot more than 1.5m of twin cable. Therefore detracting from the quality of the wireless 'phones compared with similar priced wired 'phones.
