This comp often gives errors when using your mouse to click into the fields. There is a knack that seems to get around the errors.

Try this:-
1) Click to answer the "Are you responsible" question first
2) Click to answer the main question.
3) DO NOT use your mouse again but TAB through the fields and type your answers.
4) After putting in company email address TAB once and press ENTER.

If you get the error page just use the "GO BACK" button on your browser and continue where you left off.
