Zoopla, RM, Primelocation, FAP... annoying

Why cant at least one of these sites offer a filter (Like the House/Flat/Land etc dropdown) that has

Flat/ Coachhouse
Terraced
Endterrace
Semi
Detatched

Only one of those sites (Primelocation I think) has a keyword search and putting 'Detached' in yields loads of Semi-detached houses and other things like terraces with a 'Detached garage' or such

Would usable features like this be so hard to implement??? Grrr

The thing that annoys me is useless agents who don't label the properties correctly to the available Rightmove filters don't work correctly, two in particular really bug me.

    1) labelling a mid-terrace property as semi-detached, don't mind end-terrace being called semi-detached, to all intents and purposes it is, but a mid-terrace definitely isn't.

    2) labelling a lodge or park home as a detached house. It's not even a flaming house at all, it's a wheel-less caravan with loads of restrictions on what can/can't be done with it and whacking great service charges.

Erm they do, certainly rightmove does. Use the property filter on the left handside.

Depends how the website was designed.

If the website is designed properly it depends on how the data for the property is uploaded.

Remember to be an estate agent you don't have to have any qualifications, and making people filter through the wrong type of properties they may buy something else.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)

Another thing that's really annoying is agents who label house shares as 1 bedroom houses/flats!
