work cold store

i work in a cold store at -18 for 9 hours and get on hour break all day that cant be right.

on the thread on the redundancy board you said a) you had been laid off and b) you had called in the HSE.

If it isn't right they'll fix it, but you don;t need to worry about it any more do you?

Go to your local market. These guys and girls work nearly same hours and dont take breaks and lunches. They snack at their stalls in the cold all day. Man UP! This is what you get for not being educated haha!

Ok i think it is law that you have to have 10 min break at some point.

So....reading both your threads, your complaint appears to be that you used to work in a cold store, you got MORE than the breaks required by law, but you didn't like the cold (hello, COLD store!) so you complained and got told to take a hike? And i bet you have worked there less than 12 months? Welcome to the world of unemployment. What else did you expect?
