Approximate Cost of Dormer Into Roof

We have seen a dormer bungalow we like. Upstairs, one bedroom has a large dormer on one side of the house to make it a large bedroom, but the other bedroom doesn't. Approximately how much would it cost to build a dormer out through the side of the roof for the other bedroom? It would be about 2 metres long and 1.5 metres deep, with a flat roof and one window. In the north of England.

Guestimate based on jobs I have done, about £2-3000.
You will need Building Regs. You may need Planning Permission.0 -
Thanks, that sounds reasonable.
Don't suppose you have a rough idea of the cost to install an en-suite shower room with no plumbing in place at all yet? :money:0
