    It's here:-

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3815349

BUT, for the last 24+ hours, I keep getting this ( I'm on Firefox), when I click on clairibel's link:-

    "The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

Does anyone know of/ have another link? TIA

The cheek ones are really tricky to get right, I've found one side of my face is weaker than the other, but you can feel them working once you get the technique right. Thanks OP for the download link.

Day 1 I felt confused a bit with them, but day 2 it started to click a bit and i'm on day 3 today and when i do them later i feel more confident about doing them right. Takes a bit of practice and sinking in for me.

But I really felt the jowl ones all night after doing them.

I also have one side weaker and its the side with the lesser nose to mouth line, so i must smile one sided too much as my left with the bigger line was easier to do.

Funnily enough it's the same with me.

Ok it thursday and i'm pleased to say i'm now the proud owner of a 28 year old face :rotfl:

Only joking! But because i am human i have fell off the facial exercising wagon twice this week due to laziness/tiredness etc.

So my update is not the best at the moment. I am going to leave it now until monday and really try to do 5 days straight :o

Why is it so hard to knuckle under?

I know this is an old thread but I have found these free facial exercises yesterday from Carol Maggios routine. So thought I'd share they seem easy enough to follow. It does say 6 days you see results :j

Also this guy has free ones, he is about 80 ish. I have been doing the muscle behind the head thing (exercise 5) for a week now, easy to do once you get the hang of it. Its supposed to lift your face up, hopefully :)

  • I must admit that this is an excellent video. I now understand the importance of facial exercises and the right way of doing it.
