Facial Exercises, take a look at this.....

I have been looking at different facial exercises on YouTube etc which seem quite interesting.
I don't think any of them show instant results though.
I have just found a very old video clip of the originator of facial exercise, Senta Maria Runge, take a look at this.......

Not sure how long it would take to train your muscles to do it so that your eyebrows stay that way, but very interesting to watch.

Excellent at least it shows how you should be doing it, I never thought to look on youtube.
She did a whole series on TV, wish we could get hold of that as it makes it so much easier to follow. But don't know what it was called and I have looked.
Found this shows lots of sites shes on http://webmii.tw/Result.aspx/Maria/Runge
Found out she was on the Mike Douglas Show once
Spurred me on now to knuckle under0 -

Haha I tried this and yes it works, but left my forehead more creased!0 -

This is taken from the pdf to fix the issue you got, I've just done them so saw this bit.
HAVE YOU PUSHED LINES INTO THE
FOREHEAD SKIN FROM PUSHING UP
THE EYEBROWS?
Remedy: Do this immediately after Exercise No.9. (this is the one you did)
a) Place four fingerpoints flat above topmost line above brow and press against underlying bone for resistance.
b) Against this resistance move gradually the forehead skin and eyebrows downward to the count at 8-1O.
c) Close eyes for two counts, then slowly return the muscles to their starting position.
Results: Must be seen immediately.
Repeat: Until all lines have disappeared.0 -

I was the one who posted the pdf book
I have read it and printed the exercises off but have only just today tried them, kept putting it off because i thought they were hardand they are a bit but suppose practice makes perfect.
Anyway not sure I've done them all correctly but i did notice instant results on the ones she said i would and will hopefully see results in a week she says! So on Thursday i will be 10 years younger?
My main areas i want to target are nose to mouth creases, frown lines and pouches at the side of mouth that can lead to jowls...she says again! Plus i would like to get my plump cheeks back, so hope i can keep it up.0 -

Thanks very much for posting the link to the pdf.
I started reading it last night but had but got less than half way through so will carry on reading tonight.
I want to iron out the laughter lines and have a go at raising my cheeks a bit to make them a bit fuller.
I was 50 (god, can't believe I am that old)in November but my skin isn't too bad for my age, I have always been a late developer, hopefully my aging process will also develop later than it should!

Good luck hun, I still haven't read the book I downloaded from your post the other day:o if you look 10 years younger on Thursday would you let us know please:rotfl:I hope you do but I would be interested in your findings anyway, I have exactly the same problem areas you have in particular the nose to mouth line - hate those:( The only reason I haven't had botox/fillers yet is that I cant find someone I'm happy with fairly locally, excercise would be better though and certainly cheaper:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -

I hope you have a go and it works on the bits you want. I'm only 38 and have always looked young for my age and have oily skin, so the spots were worth it in my youth as i don't have major lines.
Its just i can see a change in the last year and i don't want it too get any worse. My frown line makes me look grumpy and i've always had a thinner top lip and need to keep that plump.
I sometimes feel shallow by concentrating on these issues but it does affects my self image. I want to do the best i can on a budgetGood luck hun, I still haven't read the book I downloaded from your post the other day:o if you look 10 years younger on Thursday would you let us know please:rotfl:I hope you do but I would be interested in your findings anyway, I have exactly the same problem areas you have in particular the nose to mouth line - hate those:( The only reason I haven't had botox/fillers yet is that I cant find someone I'm happy with fairly locally, excercise would be better though and certainly cheaper:)
Thanks, i will be shouting from the rooftops if i'm 28 facially on thursday
I will update in a week of any changes I can see or not. A lot of people i know have fillers and botox and if you can afford it then I do understand why you would do it.
I always insisted in my youth i would grow old gracefully and now i'm ageing thats so gone out of the window
Just about to do round 2 :j0 -

where is the pdf? I tried to download it yesterday but can't find it again... I am very interested in this, esp. for the nose to lip lines... they are starting to bother me...
