Outdoor Camp for 60 adults/children

I am part of a Drum Corps, comprising of about 60 young children, teenagers, staff and support (https://www.lancers.co.uk for those interested!). Every year, we try to hold 3 camps. 2 of them are to be held at our base in Stafford, and we are hoping to hold a camp away from Stafford at the beginning of September.
For this type of event, we are looking for accommodation and facilities similar to those that you would find at an outdoor retreat or something similar that school children would visit for a week as part of a school trip doing orienteering etc. Something people sometimes describe as an outdoor bounds centre.
I have been commissioned (roped into!) trying to find a venue, no more than 50 miles away from Stafford and wondered if anyone had any suggestions for such a place? Maybe you have been yourself, or your children have etc.
Thank you very much for your help.
(And please feel free to move this if it's not in the best place!)

Why don't you try a Scout campsite in the area? Some of them are available to groups outside scouting, and whilst not luxurious, they should have loads of activities available and be reasonably priced.0

Thanks for your suggestion.
All we need is accomodation, possibly catering and a field to reherse. We aren't looking for activities etc, not got the time to do that kind of thing! lol.0 -
Some suggestions are
Walesby Forest Scout Campsite in Nottinghamshire
Drum Hill near Derby
Blackwell Court in Warwick
Beaudeausert near Cannock (poss a bit close)
Linnet Clough near Manchester
All of the above would have enough indoor accommadition
Hope they help
Regards

Is there a Youth Hostel nearby? Most of them are part of the rent-a-hostel scheme, where you can hire out the whole hostel for your group. When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0
