Hi there
Some email contact details below of Sainsburys and tel numbers etc if required. If you need to write to them, maybe ring them and ask them for the address of where to ask for copies of your paperwork, or ask them directly on the telephone.

If you want to request for just a copy of the agreements but do not have the account numbers, give them as many details as possible (personal) full name, any name changes, all addresses under whilst taken out the accounts, date of birth etc which will help.
You just write to request they send you a copy of the agreement by 12 days and enclose £1 cheque or postal order, post by recorded delivery.
If you require further paperwork, a subject access request (SAR) can be requested, again if you have no details of the account numbers do the same as above, and enclose £10 cheque or postal order, they have 40 calendar days to comply.
There is a SAR template below if required.

When it comes to making the complaint, use the reclaim questionnaire, complete and send to the ones responsible for setting up and selling the account, keep copies for your records too.
Stage 3 below is the complaint reclaim questionnaire.

Hope this helps, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

A lender is not required to give a copy of the agreement for a closed account.
Also, if you had PPI then it would have shown on every monthly statement - so how did you manage to not know about it?0
