Just a quick update, two days to go to the hearing and I have just received a letter from DCA/solicitors.

    The letter reads:
We write with reference to the above hearing due to take place on dd/mm/yyyy at hh:mm in the xxxxxxx county court.

We can confirm that as it take up to 6 weeks to obtain documentation from the originator, we are not yet in receipt of the all the documents regarding this matter.

We would therefore advise that it is our intention to request an adjournment of the above hearing to allow us to obtain the documents requested by you. Please advise us as soon as possible if you are agreeable to an adjournment.

Quite frankly, they have had almost 3 years to come up with the paperwork + a further request in February this year, how much time do they want?

It's too late to respond to their letter, do I contact to court?

Any further advise will be much welcome
