I've used this company once or twice for vitamin supplements and although the delivery has been slow, it hasn't mattered as I order them allowing for this. However, beginning of February I placed an order, and as I hadn't received anything I tried to get in touch with them. I EVENTUALLY got through on their 'phone number and was told it would be sorted out. Still nothing. I emailed them and they said part of my order had been sent out on the 19 MAY?? I rang and EVENTUALLY got through and the person I spoke to said that he couldn't understand the email and that he hadn't sent it (although it was his own personalised email address). He said he'd get it sorted out. I then received part of the order, but still items missing, I rang again and, guess what, he said he'd get it sorted out. Still balance missing, no refund for missing items either. I've now put the amount for the missing items in dispute with my credit card company, as it's clear discountvitaminsandherbs.com have no intention of "sorting" it out.

Their prices were a bit lower that others, but it's definitely not worth the hassle. I go elsewhere in future.

Further to my post above, I've had a search around on the internet and find that, recently, one or two websites, reviewcentre.com and ripoffreport.com have posters saying similar things to that which I have experienced. Avoid.
