:mad: try reclaim from lloyds for ppi, followed mse addvice. sent letter using template, lloyds reply - sent letter and £1 payment back with note saying they are unable to help and dont even have my loan in there records. i only just finish paying back loan jan 2012. :mad:
can anyone help? should i try again?

You would have thought they would still have the details as it was only just paid off!!.
Give them a ring first and see if they can find you or pop into a local branch and ask, do you have the account number? as you only need the account number and reasons for mis sell to make a claim.
