Vanguard Global Small-Cap fund

Looking for a broker that offers this fund. I have always dealt with HL, but they dont provide access to it so I might look elsewhere. I have seen it listed with AT, it is on the Vanguard (IRL) part?? Is this just for Ireland investors??

You could be struggling for a monthly plan, have you tried ringing ATS as they have the fund listed but I don't know if they do a monthly scheme similar to the HL one.
The Motley Fool offer a £2 monthly charge plan for regular investing but I didn't see a list of available investments, it may be worthwhile giving them a call or email.
