VENT - Web Blinds (Hilarys)

I purchased some made to measure blinds on Web Blinds last Friday with the earliest delivery date being today (Friday). I waited in all day and when it came to 3.30pm I decided to look on the couriers website to track if the item was actually out for delivery.
Turns out that the tracking website said 'SIGNED FOR BY BLUE CAR'. I didn't know my car could sign for deliveries, especially when Web Blinds required a *human* signature for the item. The courier did not knock the door, nor leave a card through the door. The blind was left (in the rain) underneath the middle of my car, and if I had not looked on their website I would have ran over it!
So after sitting in all day (booked it off work!) for nothing, I opened the blind which was damaged - scratches all over the metal and wood.
Called up Web-blinds who can't re-deliver to next Friday!

you really shouldnt have said you received it, no signature, no proof. Delivery guy gets shafted, you get free blinds.0
