No purchase necessary. Entries to all competitions must be received by 11.59pm on 30 April 2012, unless otherwise stated. One entry per person per competition. No third party or bulk entries. No responsibility is accepted for submissions that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or that fail to be delivered. Proof of submission is not proof of entry. All draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees and immediate family of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, Result Customer Communications, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draws. There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. These terms and conditions relate exclusively to the Morrisons magazine online VIP holiday competition ONLY. Promotion is only open to residents of the UK and Gibraltar aged 18 or over. Employees, and their immediate families, of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, The Walt Disney Company Ltd, their agents and any other persons professionally connected with the promotion can only enter the collector element of the Disneyland® Paris 20th Anniversary promotion, and are not eligible to win the Disneyland® Paris prizes. You are advised to read and understand these terms and conditions. No purchase required. The Disneyland® Paris VIP prize consists of: Travel for up to four adults to Disneyland® Paris by either air, P&O Ferries, Eurostar™ or Eurotunnel, subject to travel operators' availability; a two-night stay in one Castle Club Room at the Disneyland® Hotel (including continental breakfast); three-day Park Hopper tickets for the winner and up to three guests, valid for entry to Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios Park for the duration of their stay; three days (subject to capacity) VIP Fastpass for the winner's party (up to four adults) for the duration of their stay, providing priority access to selected Fastpass attractions; a private Character Meet and Greet experience for the winning party at a location specified by Disneyland® Paris to meet with one Character for a maximum of 30 minutes. It is advisable to book holidays a minimum of 60 days in advance of the planned arrival date, to ensure accommodation availability. All bookings must be made through the Promoter's appointed travel agent, Shortbreaks. Shortbreaks' standard booking terms and conditions apply. Once booked, the travelling party is responsible for any cancellations and/or amendment fees that may apply. Additional fees also apply if you wish to extend or upgrade your journey /accommodation. All UK and Gibraltar transfers to and from your selected airport, Eurostar™ station, P&O Ferries port or Eurotunnel terminal are not included and will need to be arranged and paid for by the travelling party. Any car parking fees incurred at your selected airport, Eurostar™ station, P&O Ferries port or Eurotunnel Terminal are also not included. For those travelling by air, transfers to and from the Paris airports to Disneyland® Paris will be arranged by your travel operator and included as part of your prize package. French transfers are not included if travelling by car via Eurotunnel, from a P&O Ferries port or via Eurostar™.
Travel conditions: For those travelling by Eurostar™:
Includes standard class return travel direct from either St Pancras International, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International to Marne la Vall!e-Chessy only (this is the station to alight at for Disneyland® Paris). If a direct service to Marne la Vall!e-Chessy is not available, the traveling party can change to a connecting train at Lille. Eurostar™ travel to Paris city centre is not included. Excludes food or drink. Baggage restrictions may apply – eurostar.co.uk for further details.

For those travelling by air:
Includes economy class return travel from your chosen UK airport direct to either Paris Charles de Gaulle, Paris Orly or Paris Beauvais. Or for those travelling from Gibraltar, economy class return travel from Gibraltar Airport (North Front Airport) to either Paris Charles de Gaulle or Paris Orly via London Heathrow or Liverpool John Lennon Airport is included. Any costs incurred between flights (including food, drink and accommodation) are not included. Excludes food or drink. Includes one checked in bag per person. Weight restrictions apply – check with your chosen airline. Any extra baggage fees incurred are not included. Includes direct transfer to Disneyland® Paris.

For those travelling by P&O Ferries:
Includes standard return crossing from Dover to Calais or Dunkirk with P&O Ferries for one car and up to four adults. Foot passengers are not allowed. Excludes food or drink. Includes car parking for one car at Disneyland® Hotel at Disneyland® Paris. Excludes fuel costs. Excludes any additional vehicle fees incurred, eg insurance fees, penalty fines, road tolls, parking ticket fines.

For those travelling by Eurotunnel:
Includes standard return crossing from Folkestone to Calais for one car carrying up to four adults. Foot passengers are not allowed. Excludes food or drink. Excludes fuel costs. Includes car parking for one car at Disneyland® Hotel at Disneyland® Paris. Excludes any additional vehicle fees incurred, eg insurance fees, penalty fines, road tolls, parking ticket fines. LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) and dual powered vehicles (ie vehicles fitted with an LPG tank as an alternative fuel) cannot be accepted for transport by Eurotunnel. Please advise if your vehicle is over 1.85m in height at the time of booking.

The winners and accompanying guests will be responsible for their own travel insurance and for ensuring that they have appropriate passports or visas as required. Any additional costs or expenses incurred that are not otherwise stated above are the responsibility of the winners and their guests. At least one member of the travelling party must be aged 18 or over. Holidays can be taken from 13 April 2012 to 23 December 2012. All holidays must be booked by 30 June 2012 and all date requests are subject to availability.

General terms
No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners in person. The holiday winners may be required to take part in related publicity without further recompense. The decision of the Promoter regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize.
