No responsibility is accepted for submissions that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or that fail to be delivered. Proof of submission is not proof of entry. All draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees and immediate family of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, Result Customer Communications, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draws. There is no cash or alternative to the prizes stated, and the prizes are not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. Prize winners will be notified within 21 days of closing date. The promoter's decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into. Specific terms and conditions:
All/any remaining balance on the gift cards can be used as payment towards other hotel services or products including overnight stays and is portable between both the Malmaison and Hotel du Vin brands. All bookings/reservations are subject to availability. Brasseries and Bistros reserve the right to add discretionary service charge of 10%. The gift card can be used to purchase spa treatments but cannot be used to purchase health and beauty products from the spa or pay for gratuities. Gift cards have no cash alternative. Remaining credit will expire from the cards on 30 June 2012. Travel costs are not included.
