New to here, so sorry if wrong section, but help with ebay scammer?!?

I SOLD an item, the buyer didn't contact me, they used the item (a voucher for amazon) and left good feedback, a month after a dispute was opened and i won the dispute , but then she went to her credit card, and did a chargeback and recovered her funds.

I have done nothing wrong, she has had my voucher and I've also lost 50 pounds, as she has her money back.

She says she had her ebay account hacked, ( blaming me for this via email, hows it my fault?!?) fair enough if this has happened but she would not give me any info regarding the case, so that the police in my area can help me, she was vague, but even if she was hacked, i should still get my money back??

The buyer did email me recently, but was no help, blamed me and swore horrifically to me

Spoken to the police, ebay and paypal and to be honest none have helped me really,

How can i get my money back? Its not just me that has been a victim of fraud with this ebay user ( seen in follow up ebay feedback) Thanks for any help, x

Im sorry if its not very helpful, but my only advice would be not to use Ebay to sell things in future.
Ive noted a number of people getting scammed horribly through Ebay and Paypal and it seems the system is heavily skewed towards the buyers.
If you want to sell anything, I would go to a pawn shop or post an add on Gumtree.
Both have served me well, at least once a transaction is done it most often can't be undone.
Not the case with Ebay and Paypal, perhaps other wiser people can add more helpful input but thats just my personal opinion.
