Bloody choice for you delivery!!!!!

Hello,

Not vented here for a while.....Ordered furniture from my mums catalouge...choice for you. I got all the furniture on time except a set of draws. They "said" the delivery date is the 16/02. Fair enough, ordered them on the 5/02 but prepared to wait. Time came... nothing. I checked online it said "recieved at depot". Fine it'll come on Monday then....still nothing. After a phone call by my mum, the bloke said by the 28th!!!!! I sent them an email about the date... I recieved an email telling me how to order a catalouge. After another email I recieved a reply telling me that the item hadn't even been ordered!!! After sending some more emails, we were told the 21st, then the 22nd in two seperate emails. Then a third email saying by the 28th again!!!! What is wrong with these people?? Apart from not being able to read? The man even told my mum in a rather patronising way "it is a large item you know" ....Large??? It's a flat pack set of draws! Hardly a king size bed, even so, it's "at the depot" so why can't they deliver it? I wouldn't mind but one of their delivery vans was in our street delivering to the neighbours!

Really annoying!

From the description 'a flat pack set of draws' would appear to be underwear for a gigantic cyborg elephant from the future. Wondered about getting one as a pet myself, but worried about the dung problem. Seems the OP has discovered this problem herself.
