Premier Parking solutions

Hey everyone!
Long story short I recieved a parking notice from a company named "Premier Parking solutions" for parking without a ticket.
In fairness I didnt have a ticket due to the pay and display machines not working, I rang a number and spoke to someone who logged my vehicle, registration number, make, model, colour etc as I could not pay at the time ringing (It was late at night) I was informed to ring them back after 8:30 the next morning to pay, altho when I returned to my vehicle the following day I had a ticket and I was obviously going to pay the parking charge otherwise I wouldn't have bothered ringing
I rang them and was told that I hadn't followed instructions... and i either had to pay or appeal.
Is it just worth paying this "fine" just to get over the hassle of it all?
Cheers.

No ignore it completely.....spend some time reading the stickies here and many others experiences......there is no "hassle" if you just ignore it the hassle will lay with them.....A PPC is not just for Christmas...with a few CCJ threats you should have enough toilet paper to last well into the new year.....0

Long answer short. Ignore them and all the tripe they will send youOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

If you really want to be pro-active then take up origami so you have some use for the paper rubbish they will send you,I did and this week I made a lovely lampshade with my very first invoice....:)A PPC is not just for Christmas...with a few CCJ threats you should have enough toilet paper to last well into the new year.....0

Or you could ask them to use soft absorbent paper when they write as it is kinder to your bum...
Ticket machine out of order = one of the oldest tricks in the book. You have been scammed, my friend. Just ignore the sad barstewards.0 -
So you would prefer to hand over a large sum of money, rather than the "hassle" of ignoring meaningless and ineffective bits of paper. Do what you like.
I know what the denizens of this forum would do in the same circumstances. I leave you to guess what that might be.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
And just to clarify, danneau, the one thing you NEVER do is appeal. They love people who appeal, because they think all they have to do is to turn down the appeal and they will get their money. Which, unfortunately, happens all too often with people who haven't found this forum.
However, you have...0 -
The scammers love people whom made contact with them, as they know they have got someone whom is reading their junk.0
