Can I claim PPI back
Maestro50
Since taking out a loan in 2007, which included PPI, I ran into finacial difficulty which resulted in a repayment agreement with the bank. I have been making a small contribution to the loan each month, but I am not sure if this includes anything towards the PPI. Is there someone who would know, what if any, of the PPI I would be able to claim back, would it be worth making a claim. I am also now in the process of going bankrupt. I would appreciate any feedback, thanks:(
