Hi All
I would like some advice please. I had the following accounts with Lloyds TSB
Current Account (went overdrawn at least ten times and was charged)
Credit Card
Loan 15K over 5years and was unsecured
I would like to know can I make a claim to reclaim unwanted PPI on my accounts all in one go or do I have to write separate letters for each accounts?
Also can I ring Lloyds and put my point across saying I was mislead into taking out PPI instead of writing to them?
Any advice would be really helpful and thank you

You need to do separate claims.
Lloyds may take complaints over the phone, you need the account numbers and reasons for mis sell

I didnt even though they had sold me PPI. The lady who gave me the loan was the branch manager and I didnt know id got the ppi protection until I got home. I know its sounds like a lame excuse but it is true. I hope they beleive me when I ring up0

Look for other reasons for mis sell in the link i gave you, you cannot prove that it was put on without your consent and they will want to know why you did not challenge this before.0
