Hi guys, perhaps a simple and obvious answer but thought I would ask for advice anyways.
Got a settlement in from Black Horse today after requesting this. It shoes £8k o/s then around £1k rebate if paid early then in brackets saying this includes any Possible PPI agreement.
Now I was wondering I checked this a while back, cant see anything on my Car Sale agreement that suggests PPI but it does say any insurances are on other paperwork which I can't remember getting. Also phoned black horse as felt with APR I agreed to that I was paying too much, woman basically said listen there is no PPI if thats what you want to ask.
Would they tell me over the phone if the insurance is provided by another company or am I just best to write to them?
Thanks - Sorry for long windedness.

Ask the dealer and BH who the insurance is with, they should be able to tell you, then ask for a copy of the terms and conditions of the insurance.
Ring Black Horse back and ask for a copy of your credit agreement, they may charge £1 for this but at least you will know their is no ppi on there.0

            Hi there
I would do as amersall suggests, if they try to say no there was no ppi, then you can tell them you do have paperwork which confirms there is insurance but you want confirmation on this.
And of course also as amersall says, you can request for a copy of your agreement for a £1 cheque or postal order, which should arrive by 12 to 14 days.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di" 0 0
