Hi I have been looking to get a laptop.
I have collected 100 pound worth of John Lewis vouchers so thought I would buy from there , plus they offer 2yrs guarantee
It has now sold out on line but they are in stock in store

Toshiba Satellite L775-18F details from amazon website.

I want a 17.3 screen

That's a pretty good price for the specification. You could probably find the same specification for 20-30 quid less if you shopped around, however, the 2 year john lewis warranty is more than worth the saving. Plus you have the vouchers anyway. I would go for it

looking at the technical details, looks impressive but i think the 5hr battery life is a little optimistic, but i'm with aircooledheaven.
and 2nd i know someone with a toshiba and i got to play with it due to them having internet trouble which turned out to be nothing to do with the laptop or the router, but had everything to do with a tv sender unit, which i didnt know they had.
