10 day notice before court action UKCPS

I received a letter a while ago stating that my car was parked without a valid permit or authority. This letter was very vague and bearing in mind there was never anything placed on my car (UKCPS parking ticket or otherwise) the only thing they've stated is the place and time this was meant to have occurred.
Does anybody know where Q PARK MANCHESTER is? What's Q PARK? Anyway, I ignored it because at the time it said the car was parked without a permit it was on a car park with a valid pay and display ticket that didn't run out for a good hour after the time stated on this letter and it was valid a good hour before the time stated on this letter. The car park it was on was not even UKCPS.
I received a letter this morning telling me that it's court if I don't pay within 10 days and what I particularly like about this letter, being just as vague as the first is that (on both letters) neither has any amounts on there. Quite laughable isn't it.
Just wondered if anyone knew what Q Park was because there are that many parking places in Manchester, how do we know which one they're even talking about?
I'm still ignoring it, as I have with many others from private companies.

DO NOT get into private messsages off forum unless its a member with lots of cred. Continue to ignore them. Do not post anywhere who the driver was. Post back if they ever do any more than send a leytter.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Two things.
Remove car park details. Perky( ukcps owner) will be watching. Do that asap.
Secondly he is doing court a lot at moment so I would disagree with peter and send a letter to ward him off.
Msg *give them Fa* and he will help u draft one( if he agrees with me) .Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Perky is not the owner of UKCPS. Perhaps you are confusing him with Peter Haswell who is the "office manger" of the aforementioned company. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Sorry confusing one idiot with another.
Am at work so mind else. But advice remains same. Hasbeen is as sly as a snake.
You can trust alexis when you get his pm though:)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Yes, hasbeen has lined up a few losers recently. Doesn't know when he's beaten... but I think that's just because he is too stupid to realise...0

Is it proper court documents or just a Hasbeen "we are going to send these to the court if you don't pay up" threat?0
-
He has issued a handful. Usual incompetence. He needs to understand, he isn't a Council, so he cannot simply issue to the registered keeper. He already knows from experience that leads to failure, but, being a vexatious litigator, he prefers not to learn from experience.0

Not proper court documents no. It's 'we are going to send these to the court if you don't pay up.' The letter states that they'll apply for an order to take money directly from wages if need be. They'll also send in the bailiffs blah blah blah :rotfl:
I have to say I haven't laughed so much in ages. Daft !!!!!!s!0 -
If he has sent a proper claim form (or what purports to be one) but which has not been sent through a Court in the proper manner, then take it to the Police. This is a breach of criminal law, specifically, The Administration of Justice Act 1970, Section 40, Para 1 (d).
I recall another firm was heavily fined for doing this.0
