NRAM PPI Claim/F&F IVA

I've just received a letter in the post from NRAM with a checklist for them looking into PPI claim, i have no clue which loan this relates too, I don't remember ever having taken out PPI. So i rang them, they wont be give details, but if i sign the form and return they will look into whether or not i have any PPI to claim back?

Is this a little coincidental that i have just had the YES vote from my creditors regarding the F&F on my IVA? NRAM is one of my creditors, but i am assuming this potential PPI relates to an older Northern Rock loan paid off a few years back? But i have had a few NR loans.....stupidly i got a 'together' mortgage with them, meaning i was in debt before i even purchased the house, big mistake, but hey ho......you live and learn?!

Should i sign this form and see what happens?

What if i have PPI to claim back, do i need to declare to my IP now that i technically have finished the IVA via F&F?! Would they not already know about this potential? I am confused?

If i'd have thought i had PPI to claim, i would have done this prior to entering in to an IVA giving me some cash to plough into the debts, reducing the overall level?!

Thanks

Sadie
