Ipad / Auctiva problems

I have just got a new Ipad2, and want to use it to list on Ebay. I have an Auctiva account, but when I try to access via the ipad it won't sign in and says " this page contains the following errors : error on line 114 at column 28. Opening and ending tag mismatch: meta line 0 and head"
Anyone have any ideas please ?
