Where do I start

In need of help! I had a few credit cards and store cards which I have settled in the last 2 years and have since shredded up all statements thinking I wouldn't need them?? Hence I have no account numbers. I have signed up to Equifax and can see all the details of the cards but they just quote the last five numbers on the account. Will this be enough to start the process? Also some of the cards have been taken over by Santander do I just send them one letter? I also had an egg card which I settled last January, have tried to log into my online account but it tells me to contact Barclaycard. I have phoned Barclaycard and they have no details of any account I had with Egg. Any info would be great.

    The five digits should do.
Send the Egg complaint to Egg with this account being closed, let them know this account is closed and will not have been passed to Barclays.

    Send the others to Santander.
