RBS Offer Rec'd -advice please

Hi there, I have recieved an offer from RBS this morning. Total refund of PPI payments plus net FOS interest but no mention of any compensation. Should I query it? Has anyone received compensation from RBS? Am I just being greedy? :rotfl:

Thanks

Thank you. Ha ha greedy me!!

I sent my form off in November and waited at least the 12 weeks. My offer was originally sent in January but I did not receive the letter. RBS resent the letter 3 times over a period of 3 weeks. The final letter was sent by special delivery. It arrived the same day as 2 of the other letters. 1 is still missing!! I am happy with my offer so I will accept lol!

I would just sign the forms and post them Jeka!

Keithy3 - My RBS claim was all done and dusted within 2 months. I rang the RBS PPI phone number at the end of January and my last refund went into the bank this week. I closed my RBS accounts down yesterday!
