@ CW - why are you so worry about neg. feedback on ebay? I never look at seller's feedback if I like the item(s). As buyer are protected by paypal;) so far I only have I "faulty" good (dog lead spool broken)which I bought from ebay on 7/8 - had sent them an email yesterday so I shall give them 5 days to reply back.

I don't like negatives at all, or neutrals for that matter. It lowers your ratings on visibility, so you will sell less. Get a few negs and you could find yourself suspended from selling for a few weeks or permanently.
Get low DSR's and you could find yoursel suspended from selling as well.
A negative means an unhappy buyer and if their is a problem then it needs to be sorted.
Also if its an unfair neg or a mistake, like mine yesterday, she gave me all 5 stars and it was a positive comment, it should be removed so it doesn't impact on my account.
Some buyers do check out sellers feedback and it can put people off if they have negs.
So I guard my account carefully to make sure its in good order. Selling is hard enough without ebay's silly rules causing problems.
