Today is turning into an episode of pet rescue.
We have been watching a momma cat and her kittens for a couple of weeks now.They been living rough under a neighbours balcony,I'm guessing mum took off to have her babies as she is relatively tame.(by rough i mean my neighbour has made up a nice box for them and we have been feeding her so its not too bad).We have been biding our time to catch them get them sorted out.But this morning one of the kittys has got trapped on the other side of the wall at the bottom of the garden:eek:.Keeping an eye as momma knows where he is so hopefully she should get him.Will try later if he dosn't re-appear
Then neighbour buzzes random lost dog wandering around.So caught him and off to find his owner.
Sure i was supposed to do things today:rotfl:
Would say this was an funny day but seems that this sort of thing happens a lot round here

I think sometimes you have to have challenges and things that get you down/upset to appreciate the good things you have. I have lost my wonderful dad and had carp happen in my life, but now I have a fantastic OH and whatever happens there is two of us to make any problem sooooo small because it is shared, so I am grateful.

Talking of carp, we went out to the pub tonight for 2 hours and when we got back my OH's shed had been broken into and a few cases of stella and few bits of other stuff were nicked. Nothing of too high a value was in there thank goodness. A car further up the road had a window smashed, but they had nothing of value in there and a neighbour scared the thieving b***ards away. I said to my OH, at least we haven't got a new car window to pay for and it is only a few beers, it could have been worse if expensive tools etc were not in the house. My glass is half full and I TRY and think on the positive side as I hope others will do as thinking negative does no good.

Time for bed I suppose seeing as like AH I am chatting to myself. I have lit 2 candles tonight, one for all the loved ones who have left us too early and one for CW's hubby, wishing that he gets well soon and is back at home letting her run around for him there.:D

My DH is home now and feeling a lot better. He still has to attend outpatients appoints and will have a little op in a few weeks (whenever they send for him that is) so is on the right side now.

He is fast asleep, has been asleep for 3 hours actually, but at least I don't have to charge to and from hospital twice a day.

Dr W i think a simple wedding is better tbh.I went to Edinburgh 2 years ago and whilst it was lovely the trip was really stressful aand it wasn't a holiday, I don't travel very well but I had to go.Oh is worried about going anywhere with me as i get lots of panic attacks and he said its not worth the tress for either of us.

CW so glad to hear your DH is back home hun, hope everything goes well at the hosp for him

FT hope everything goes well with the kittys, do you know what colour they might be? I really hope everything is ok on the day. I hate all the stress the hotel have been me that last couple of months.

Afternoon all

Been a busy few day here just keeping kids entertained, not seen MT about you're not buried under mountain of beanz are you MT ?

PM hon really hope thing start getting better for you keep thinking the only way is up now (no Yaz singing tho)

My little hot today got given 40p for the 2p coin sizer machine when we're out today and after half hr (yes 30mins with just 40p lol) he came away £1.66 up and with 4 chupa lollies bless and that was after he beat his sis and her mate at bowling too (he is 3 yrs younger) so lucky day for him... May get him to pick some random numbers later 0-49 he he he.

Nearly all done no uniforms just feet to get measured next week then we are ready for sept. good job coz time now to organise our village garage sale event again get everyone clearing out their carp.

Bully - try and get up that scaffolding tonight and get an excellent view of the International Space Station (ISS) - it is only visible till the 24th of this month.

My DD3's mouth is coming along nicely. Her gum & teeth are still "loose" but the wound is not as raw now. Eating & drinking still a problem but se is managing. Dentist next week. Then school I am dreading her going to school - all it will take is 1 knock and she will be back to square one

Right off now to do some cleaning.....

Great News about your OH. Maybe while he is asleep you should also get some kip;) I hope he continue to improve and you and your son can get back to your wombling as the car parks must be very untidy these last few days:D
