Stressed no, shaken yes!!! but I was really calm ( Heslan's keep popping out of my mind when I was in their office, Heslan's advise has help me to protect my rights) I should have not gone in their interview room in the first place but at that time I was more concerned about my voucher:o then before I realised it, it was too late to not walk with them to the office DAMN!!!

I cannot believe how rude they were.

Are you going to complain or just let it go.

btw - what did Heslan say you need to do if this happens.

I am going to just let it go - as if I continue, it will escalated ?:rotfl::rotfl:

    Heslan advise :

    1) Never talk to them in their "interview office" - any communication should be in an open area like on their shop floor. (this is the mistake 1st mistake I make)

    2) You have the right not to tell them anything. Unless there is an office police around.

    3) You do not have to proof anything to them.

Just had a quick read of your post re T's Doc:eek::eek::eek:what a really uncomfortable confrontation you must be fumming. Maybe worth thinking of trading in any clubcard vouchers quickly as they may remove all points and cancel account for misuse if they find your details as read about them doing this in the past to people will be worse if they cancel what you already have :mad::mad:.

Doc sounds like you have had a nightmare today I can't believe mr T can be so sneaky and rude with customers it's awful. I found out recently how sneaky they can be when just talking with one of my mums friends who works for tw@tco she said they have certain "known" people who are watched in every inch of the store !!! S0d em take your paper money to asda instead apg seems more reliable anyway.
