    hi MAGs

still have a bit of a headache so trying not to us pc too much

OH still not to good but has managed to eat some lunch, so thats something

how about you? apart from knackered , are you ok??

Wow! lunch time already. Four days away and all our body clocks are cream crackered!

How is OH today MT? Blue, how are you?

Kittycat, you and your OH both sound compassionate, humanitarian and genuine warmhearted souls and were clearly drawn together like magnets with your shared values; some little blips within your partnership, like a difference in ambition could be a problem for many. but I believe in your circumstances this contrast in ambition can only strengthen you and all good things will find their natural balance. You obviously inspire your partner and he will thrive on that; in return he will fill your heart with respect and devotion for his understanding and kindness to others. I think what you have is win-win!

By the way, I don't think the four jobs in two years could ever be an issue in the current economic climate. That can easily be temporary contracts rather than permanent. Thats as much as anyone can hope for in the job market right now. Its a sad fact. Not all employers these days consider loyalty as important as it once was either. Try not to worry, all will be well x

Our garden is alive with frogs! Does anyone else have this problem. Of course great entertainment for the cats, 4 dead frogs in the kitchen this morning, all mogs looked as guilty as sin. They are pinging about everywhere.

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/supermarket-coupons

We've blagged 2,500 coupons for £3.60 of free 800g Fairy non-bio washing powder (that should make it free apart from in expensive shops, where you'll need to pay the difference).

Who can get it? Anyone with an iPhone or Android phone as to do this you'll need to download and register on the Shop Scan Save app. If you've already got that, then sorry, you can't take part in this deal.

Oh MAGS - I would be petrified of the frogs. Sounds great fun for the cats, but don't think I could cope. Just hate their sudden movements!

PM - are you going to share your wedding songs with us? Hope you manage to get your venue problems sorted soon. Must be a nightmare.

Finally managed to do something for myself today, just been out with a walking group I joined earlier this year, but not been with since before dad died, so feel like normality is slowly returning to my life.
On the other hand, now need to write a letter to EON explaining that their records are wrong and that dad died in June, not April! They need proof again! They had the cheek to deduct the dual fuel discount from dad's bill from Jan - Apr saying that you don't get it on your last bill with them! Dad was with them until the day he died in June, so they can deduct it from that bill, but not the one from when he was still alive!:eek:

Then off to mum's bank to sort problems with them too. They have all the paperwork they need, but still not got DH & I set up as Power of Attorney even though they acknowledge they don't need anything else from us. They still haven't sent out new card for mum with new account details or statement. Why oh why do some people make things more difficult.
Rant over now, sorry about that.

Picked up a womble is Mr T car park last night, total bill was £130, but Mr T was cheaper! Never mind, one of these days I will be lucky with a womble. :rotfl::rotfl:

SnD glad to hear you were able to do something nice for yourself, you need to take good care of yourself aswell.

The probs with the venue are getting worse, the next time they can met with us is the weekend of my hen do :( Iv'e got to come back early to try and sort out the probs and then its only 12 days till we get married :( we've still got the food and drinks to sort out, the plan of the day. Getting access to set up, the chair covers being delivered to sort out andf paying them and anyhting else that crops up. We were told that food would be sorted out 3 weeks before the wedding which is pretty much now, not have a meeting to try and iron out the probs 12 days before.

They don't bother returning my calls or emails either.Really wish I hadn't booked them. Will keep a list of all the bad stuff thats happened and complain after the wedding.

This really isn't what I wanted for my wedding day :(

    xx

    Not yet dear.:A

Stupid BT:mad::mad::mad: I thought when we signed a contract with them the rental will be fixed according to the contract but they are saying err... have you read a very very fine print? What print me said:D

They said they reserve the right to increase line rental:eek::eek: since we signed up with them in Jul 2011 they increased one in Nov 2011 and today I received an invoice with another increased for July 2012.

Also they are charging us a month in advance on rental & package payment but did not take a month in advance for broadband - which make me even more confused!!:D

Most probably after next July me will look elsewhere & might cancel an additional line (big boss doesn't know yet:p:p:p, I am small boss, big boss only signed cheques & small boss make all the decision:D:D) that will save the company nearly £200/yr.;)
RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)

Morning CW. You have done some good posts there.

It is nice and sunny here and should be all day

Has your DS found any good wombles lately?

Wombling has been rubbish recently. Most things seem to come back n/a. I still think its some kind of fix as tesco do sell some of the things that are n/a like Batchelors tinned peas the other day.:(:(:(:(

How have you been doing, got any good ones.
