If the man isn't man enough to speak there's not a lot you can do is there. He obviously isn't that bothered really.
Maybe you could try and have a quiet word when your on your own with him and see if you can sort things out.

don't know whether to say well done on getting it sorted or not
:think::undecided
anyway, at least it is out in the open now. Hope you can all move past this.
My Manager spoke the immortal words last week, cue both not reacting - but afterwards one yawned, and looked bored, the other arguing about stupid things.
So the changes now are my manager is now our direct line manager, and I have been demoted to team leader....:rotfl: I know where this has come from.... our Manager, she claims it was the Director but I know her too well. She would have said she didn't think it was properly run and she should be in full charge of both teams. She felt too far away from us, and that she wasn't in charge of anyone!
anyhow, my two colleagues, then decided to take the pee out of me after the meeting when I was in another meeting.... :cool:I get told all these things by various around the business. Not my problem, is theirs....... if they want a job, they need to buck up ideas as Director is looking to lose bodies.....
They have been allowed too much free reign and now they are not they don't like it and are rebelling.... but their free reign has cost us money! and a lot of it.
Anyhow a new change on monday, that my colleague is not going to like and will blame on me.... but it wasn't me. It was our Manager who instigated it....lol. My colleague has proved from meeting after meeting that the information she provides does not help the business at all, and she has no interest in understanding what she should be. So the Directors have decided none of us need to attend a meeting, so it does not look like she is being singled out....:rotfl: suits me fine. I attend enough meetings in a week, to not be productive, one less is good.
Good luck on Monday hun, make sure you tell everyone it wasn't your idea about the meetings, it was the Manager, hopefully that will stop some name calling.
Meetings are so boring and I don't think they always achieve much anyway.
take care

CL/CW won't matter what I say, I will still be blamed for all that is happening. These two don't like change and do not help the business.
We are under threat of redundancies and closure, and they are only interested in creating more time off for free!
Anyway, it's Sunday, the sun is shiningclothes can dry outside.

BP, I will get over it one day...:rotfl: just got to learn to stop telling everyone about it...:p
just suits me at the moment to stay there, they are flexible because of DS and childcare, and near to one of the schools he will be going to in September. As they are awkward to get too if I work anywhere else, without a car.0
